John Migras

John Migras is an accomplished leader in learning and development with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development for BNP Paribas in Australia and New Zealand since January 2016, John contributes to the APAC L&D strategy while tailoring learning initiatives to meet local business needs. Prior to this role, John held significant positions at Special Broadcasting Service (SBS) Australia, State Transit Authority of NSW, Suncorp, and AAMI, focusing on leadership development, organizational change, and operational training. With a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Psychology from UNSW and a Diploma in Acting from Ensemble Theatre, John combines a strong educational background with practical experience in advancing leadership capability and fostering a thriving workplace culture.
