Marcia Young

Marcia (Thompson) Young is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in the financial industry. Since January 2021, Marcia has served as Managing Director and Head of Enterprise Wide Risk Management at BNY Mellon. Prior to this role, Marcia held various positions at Citigroup from 1995 to January 2021, culminating as a Risk Manager. Marcia also contributed as a Board Member for the Oswego College Foundation from 2007 to January 2017 and worked as a Risk Manager at Chase Manhattan Bank from 1981 to 1995. Marcia is an alumna of the State University of New York at Oswego.
