Oksana Kinker, MBA, BFA, is a seasoned data management professional with extensive experience in enterprise data strategy and governance within the financial sector. Currently serving as a Sr. Consultant at BNY, Oksana leads initiatives focused on Data Risk Management Controls in response to new government regulations. Oksana previously held key positions at Synechron, New York University, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Credit Suisse, and AIG, where significant contributions included establishing data governance frameworks, enhancing data quality processes, and driving compliance with risk standards. Oksana holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Strategic Management from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BFA in Performing Arts from the Academy of Performing Art.
