Simon Constantine

Simon Constantine currently serves as the Global Head of Total Rewards at BNY since June 2020, after previously holding the title of Managing Director, Global Head of Compensation & Mobility. Prior to this, Simon was a Non Executive Director at ROCKDALE HOUSING ASSOCIATION from March 2021 to August 2023. Simon's prior experience includes managing director roles at UBS, where responsibilities encompassed Reward for the Global Investment Bank, and at Citi, with a focus on Reward and Mobility across Europe and the EMEA region. Earlier career roles include compensation management at ABN AMRO Bank N.V. and a position at Morgan Stanley. Simon holds an Honours degree in Biological Science from the University of East Anglia and has completed A Levels in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at Tonbridge School.
