Zulfi Fanuswala

Zulfi Fanuswala is a seasoned cybersecurity professional with extensive experience in risk management and technology architecture. Currently serving as Director of Cybersecurity Risk at BNY Mellon since September 2022, Zulfi also contributes as a member of the IU Cybersecurity Advisory Council. Previous roles include Senior Team Lead for Cybersecurity Risk at Morgan Stanley, where Zulfi developed the Cloud Risk Management Framework, and Control Senior Officer for Technology and Architecture Risk at Wells Fargo, overseeing Agile initiatives. With a solid background in technological and operational risk, Zulfi held leadership positions at MUFG, JPMorgan Chase & Co., CIT, and SHI International Corp. Zulfi holds an M.S. in Information Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology, a CFA - Registered Level 3 Candidate certification from the CFA Institute, and a B.E. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
