Sydney Sikorski

Sydney Sikorski currently serves as a Talent and HR Operations Partner at Boardable and has been a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at Zennify since August 2021. At Zennify, Sydney collaborates with executive leadership and various departments to align hiring strategies with business needs and played a critical role in implementing the company's first Applicant Tracking System. Previous experience includes roles as an Associate Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator at PolSource, where full-cycle recruiting responsibilities were executed, and as a Producer at WTHR-TV, where Sydney created and produced daily newscasts. Sydney holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Purdue University and participated in the Next Gen Talent program in 2023.
