Kyla's responsibilities have included supervising teams, managing GIS-based projects for oil & gas clients, and creating applications to improve existing programs. Kyla'smost recent role at Boast was Director for SR&ED Customer Delivery.
Kyla Mireault completed a Bachelor of Science in Ecology at the University of Calgary from 2002 to 2007. Kyla then pursued a Post-Graduate Diploma in GIS Application Specialist at Fleming College from 2009 to 2010. In 2021, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 2 certification, and in 2022, they earned a Project Management Professional (PMP)® certification from the Project Management Institute.
