Jyosmita began a career at Tata Motors Limited as a Manager in HR Generalist from May 2010 to April 2014, following a role as a Management Trainee in HR Development Program at Tata Sons. Jyosmita holds an MBA in Human Resources from Symbiosis Institute of Business Management, Pune, and a B.Com (Hons) from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
