Jennifer O'Connor started their work experience in 1999 at Putnam Investments, where they worked as a Human Resources Assistant, Marketing Assistant, and then as an Account Executive. In 2005, they joined Boathouse as an Account Manager and subsequently held positions of increasing responsibility, including Account Supervisor, Account Director, Principal Group Account Director, Principal Account Management Office, and currently, as Principal Agency Operations.
