Earlier career highlights include serving as Program Manager for Food Safety at the Center for Innovative Food Technology and progressing through multiple roles at Silliker Laboratories, including Operations Manager and Laboratory Manager. Fran Moller earned a Bachelor's degree from Capital University between 1986 and 1990.
