Dan Bixby

Dan Bixby has over 17 years of experience in the field of training and development. Dan has held various roles such as Technical Instructor, Training Program Manager, Training Manager, Global Training Director, President, Director of Training & Development, Principal Learning Consultant, and currently serves as the Director of Product Training at Bobcat Company since July 2021. Dan has effectively led change initiatives, implemented training programs, and driven talent and product development in various organizations including Bosch Security Systems, Inc., CommScope, Optum, and more.

Dan Bixby holds a B.S. in Business Management with a training management emphasis from the University of Northwestern - St. Paul. Dan also obtained an M.S. in Education with a focus on Online Teaching and Learning (OTL) from California State University - East Bay, along with a Graduate Certificate in Education with the same field of study. In 2020, they received certification as a Certified Product Manager (CPM) from AIPMM The Association of International Product Marketing and Management.
