Mark Bares has extensive experience in engineering and management roles. Mark started in 1990 at Cummins Inc., holding positions as an Engineer and Group Leader of Advance Diagnostics. Mark then moved to Bobcat Company in 1997, where they served as an Engineer, Engineering Manager, and eventually became the Director of Quality in 2008. Currently, in 2022, Mark is the President and Owner of Pastime Priorities, LLC, focusing on developing innovative products for fishing under the brand BAITLOAD.
Mark Bares obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Agricultural Engineering from North Dakota State University in 1990. Mark also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Indiana University - Kelley School of Business from 2005 to 2008. Additionally, they obtained various certifications on LinkedIn focusing on goal-setting, adaptability during change, and efficiency in getting tasks done.
