Irfan Dwiki Naufal

Irfan Dwiki Naufal has two years of work experience. In 2019, they worked as a MEP Project Engineer at PT. Acter Technology Indonesia, where they managed and controlled MEP work and construction sites with safety and regulatory standards. Irfan also directed monitor and control activities of MEP Subcontractors to ensure they adhere safety and led them on site to ensure standard of installation following the design. In 2022, they are currently working as a MEP Engineer at Bobobox, where they are responsible for designing and calculating system MEP AC related for construction, research and development of Bobobox Product. Irfan also creates Owner Estimation (Internal Budget (RAB), BoQ & Timeline) for MEP AC, liaises with Construction Planning member to do Technical Survey, liaises with Architect to get DD as basis of Design and Calculate system MEP AC, creates standard and more efficient system, liaises with Drafter to create and develop Detail Engineering Design MEP AC, liaises with Construction Planning SPV to ensure the Owner Estimation align with Project Budget, reviews Construction Vendor Project Timeline to ensure align with Owner Estimation Timeline, follows up and receives all datas and documents about the survey result and then executes the Analisa Harga Satuan (AHS), searches and analyzes the newest price references, receives and evaluates the technical work, RAB, and time schedule on each vendor that participating in the tender process, and monitors and makes sure the work progress in every project sites inline with the schedule and budget. Irfan also liaises with Engineer MEP AC to ensure MEP AC execution align with the design.

Irfan Dwiki Naufal is currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at Universitas Jenderal Achmad Yani (Unjani). Prior to this, they completed an Associate's degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineering at Politeknik Negeri Bandung from 2016 to 2019. Irfan also attended SMA Negeri 8 Bandung from 2012 to 2015.
