Corwin Wickersham has extensive experience in technical support, photography, and customer service across various roles. Currently serving as a Desktop Support Associate II at ActBlue Technical Services since June 2022, Corwin provides end-user help desk support and manages the Mac environment using Jamf/MDM. In addition, Corwin has been a Photographer for Boch Center since August 2019, capturing and editing event photos for social media. Prior experience includes a Tier 2 Support Engineer position at Insight Global for Teva Pharmaceuticals, where Corwin supported the Digihaler ecosystem, and a QA Engineer role at Grubhub, overseeing mobile and web app testing. Additional previous positions include photo editing at Allston Pudding, a technician role at Apple, and various internships, showcasing a well-rounded skill set in both technical and creative fields. Corwin holds a BS in Marketing from the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
