From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Senior Editor/Politics at The Denver Post. Cindi then joined Gannett | USA TODAY NETWORK as an Executive Editor of Courier & Press + The Gleaner and Southern Indiana Regional Editor from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are employed at The Indianapolis Star as a Senior News Director.
