Thien Phan

Thien Phan is an accomplished packaging professional with extensive experience in the industry. Currently serving as Director of Packaging at The Beachbody Company since August 2016, Thien has progressed through various roles, including Senior Manager of Packaging R&D and Senior Packaging Engineer. Prior experience at Amway from June 2010 to July 2016 involved significant responsibilities as a Packaging Engineer, where Thien led the redesign and qualification of packaging components for flagship products, executed packaging trials, and contributed to the setup of a new manufacturing line in Vietnam. Early career experience includes an internship at Amway focusing on viscosity analysis of dish liquid formulations and a protective packaging internship at Sonoco Products, where Thien designed custom tooling and conducted laboratory tests. Thien holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Packaging from Michigan State University.
