Scott Barrett has diverse work experience in various industries. Scott held the position of Director of Operations at Body Energy Club since January 2022, following a previous role as District Manager at the same company. Prior to their time at Body Energy Club, Scott worked as a Muay Thai Instructor at Elements Academy of Martial Arts from August 2015 to March 2020. Scott also served as the National Sales and Marketing Manager at Gateway Caravans, where they managed the sales process, contacted prospective customers, and participated in RV design. In addition, Scott was a self-employed Semi-Professional Thai Boxer from 2010 to 2014 and had a role in Business Development at SCC Chartered Accountants from 2008 to 2010.
Scott Barrett obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Deakin University from 2005 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended North Geelong Secondary College from 2000 to 2005 and obtained their V.C.E. degree. In terms of additional certifications, Scott received a Human Resources Diploma from Alison - Free Online Learning in July 2021. Scott also obtained certifications in "Respect and inclusion in the workplace" and "Unconscious Bias In The Workplace" from The Canadian Diversity Initiative in October 2020. Before that, in December 2019, Scott completed the AB1825 Sexual Harassment training from Apex Workplace Solutions. Additionally, they obtained a Diploma in Social Media Marketing from Alison in October 2015, a Diploma in Human Nutrition from ALISON - Free Online Learning in May 2015, and a certification in Physical Education - Fitness Training Principles and Methods from Alison in March 2015. Furthermore, Scott achieved a CERTIFICATE IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE TEACHING from TEFL Express in May 2014 and a Diploma in Business Management from The Gordon in May 2010.
