Wael El Merhabi

Wael El Merhabi has a diverse and extensive work experience. Wael started their career as a Semi-Senior Business Auditor at Arthur Andersen in 2001. In 2002, they joined Panda Retail Company as a Produce Category Manager. Wael then moved to Savola Group, where they held various roles including Director of Business Development, Director of Special Projects, Executive Director of Business Development & Export, and General Manager. Wael worked at Savola Group from 2005 to 2013. In 2013, they became the CEO of Sport Clubs Company and held this position until 2022.

Wael El Merhabi's education history includes obtaining a Certified in Financial Management (CFM) degree from the Institute of Management Accountants in 2005. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Accounting & Finance from Lancaster University in 2000. Wael also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the University of Balamand, which they obtained in 1999. Wael completed their secondary education at Lycee franco libanais - Tripoli, receiving a Baccalaureat francais.
