Harry Lightfoot is a seasoned Technical Production Manager at Boiler Room since August 2016, responsible for budgeting, speccing, and overseeing production for live-streamed music events worldwide, alongside creating 3D event concepts using SketchUp. Prior experience includes roles as a Sound/Venue Technician at Oval Space, an AV Technician at the Royal Society of Medicine, and various sound and AV technician positions at Bright Black AV and Staging Connections, where expertise in operating sound and lighting equipment for high-profile corporate events was demonstrated. Harry began a career in audio engineering as an Assistant Engineer at Chapel Studios and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sound Recording and Music from the University of Surrey, completed in 2013.

Boiler Room started with a webcam taped to a wall, opening a keyhole into London’s underground. Since 2010, they’ve built a unique archive spanning over 8000 performances by more than 5000 artists across 200 cities.
