Jojanneke Nijhuis

Jojanneke Nijhuis is an experienced HR leader with a demonstrated history of driving strategic HR initiatives across multiple industries. Currently serving as Director of HR Portfolio, IT and Analytics at bol since September 2020, Jojanneke leads various HR teams to enhance service delivery and employee experiences. Previous roles include Head of HR Operations and Manager of HR Services and HR IT at bol, Manager of HR Shared Service Center at CEVA Logistics, and Change Manager at AkzoNobel, among others. Jojanneke has a strong background in organizational change management, operational improvement, and team leadership, complemented by an MSc in Business Administration from Rotterdam School of Management and a degree in Organisational Psychology from Utrecht University.
