Alora Mastrolonardo

Alora Mastrolonardo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer insights and hairstyling. Since March 2019, Alora has been with Bold Commerce, progressing from Frontline Specialist to Frontline Team Expert, and currently serves as Customer Insights Specialist and Merchant Success Team Lead. Alora also has experience as a hairstylist at Aura Hair Salon since January 2018 and previously at Botticelli Salon from December 2014 to January 2018. Alora holds a degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Manitoba, acquired between 2020 and 2023, and a Red Seal certification in Hair Styling and Design from Louis Riel Arts and Technology Centre, obtained from 2014 to 2016.
