Ron Alderson

Ron Alderson has extensive experience in customer service and quality assurance, currently working at Bold Commerce since March 2013 as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst and Merchant Success Specialist. In this role, Ron leads a team to assist clients in installing apps on their Shopify eCommerce stores and troubleshooting issues while providing excellent support. Prior to this, Ron worked at CanadaDrugs.com from February 2007 to January 2013, serving as a Customer Service Supervisor, where responsibilities included supervising and training a team of Patient Service Representatives, and as a Patient Service Representative focused on understanding and addressing customer needs. Ron's earlier experience includes a position as a Reader Sales and Service Representative at Canwest (ReachCanada) from February 2002 to February 2007, where data collection and sales reporting were key tasks. Ron holds educational qualifications from the University of Manitoba (2010 - 2012) and Mount Royal University (2000 - 2001).
