Ben Saunders has extensive experience in technical support and network operations, currently serving as a Tier 2 technical support professional at Bold Group since December 2018. Prior to this role, Ben worked as a NOC Technician at AT&T from July 2007 to October 2018. Ben's educational background includes studies at Indiana University Bloomington from 2004 to 2006 and a degree from Earlham College, where attendance spanned from 1999 to 2003.
