Shaun Blair possesses extensive experience in the information technology and customer care sectors, currently serving as the Director of IT and Director of Customer Care at Bold Group since January 2007. Previously, Shaun held the position of Implementation Manager within the same company. In addition to industry roles, Shaun contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at Pikes Peak Community College from August 2010 to May 2016. Academically, Shaun earned a Master of Science in IT/Project Management from Colorado Technical University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Management Information Systems from Central Michigan University.
