Kelly Shultis

Kelly Shultis has extensive experience in sales and insurance, serving in various leadership roles at Bold Penguin from February 2022 to March 2025, including Director of Enterprise Sales, Manager of Network & Strategic Partnerships, and Account Executive. Prior to Bold Penguin, Kelly worked as a Senior Licensed Insurance Agent at My Florida Insurance, Inc. from August 2019 to January 2022 and held the position of Business Development Director at New England Investment and Retirement Group, Inc. from November 2018 to August 2019. Kelly's career also includes roles at Alliance Financial Group as a Registered Representative and at Ted Todd Insurance Allstate as a Licensed Insurance Agent. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in International Criminal Justice & Political Science from John Jay College (CUNY) and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Griffith University.
