Vivian Kobeh Palacio

Vivian Kobeh Palacio serves as the Group Head of External Communications and PR at Boldyn Networks since May 2022, focusing on enhancing communication for one of the world’s largest neutral host providers. Prior to this role, Vivian held the position of Corporate Communications Director at Millicom (Tigo) from September 2016 to March 2022, overseeing corporate and executive communications across various markets in Latin America and Africa. Previous experience includes significant roles as Communications Director for BlackBerry in Latin America, Nokia in both the South East Asia Pacific region and Latin America, and various positions at Dell. Educationally, Vivian completed the Breakthrough Leadership Program at Harvard Business School in 2012, holds a credential from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University in 2009, and earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from Universidad Iberoamericana in Mexico City.
