Hayley Boling, MBA, COE has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Hayley began their career as the Chief Executive Officer at Boling Vision Center in 2009, where they currently hold the position. In 2011, they also took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at INSIGHT Surgery Center. In addition to their executive roles, they co-founded and served as the Board President for Elkhart Education Foundation, Inc. starting in 2013. Hayley has also contributed to various publications, including Administrative Eyecare Magazine and Ophthalmology Management Magazine, as a contributing author. Hayley is an Advisory Board Member for BSM Consulting and has served in leadership roles for ASOA's Administrator's Beginners Circle (ABC) and ASOA's AE Magazine. Hayley Boling holds an Executive Certificate in Leadership Management from the University of Notre Dame. Hayley also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Taylor University. Their Bachelor of Science (BS) degrees, one in Organizational Communication and the other in Mass Communication/Media Studies, were earned at Purdue University Fort Wayne. In addition to their education, Boling is a Certified Ophthalmic Executive (COE), having obtained this certification from the JCAHPO Education and Research Foundation in June 2018.
