Missy Tannen, founder and chief designer at Boll & Branch, has been creating thoughtfully designed home goods since January 2013. Prior to this, Missy was a third-grade teacher at Bridgewater-Raritan School District from September 1999 to January 2004. Missy holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education and Teaching from Vanderbilt University, and a Master's Degree in the same field from Rutgers University.
