Colin Seals

Colin Seals is an experienced government affairs and economic development professional currently serving as the Government Affairs Director at Bollinger Motors, where efforts focus on advancing electric truck solutions for the trucking industry. Previously, Colin held the role of Director of Economic Development at Public Sector Consultants, assisting clients in navigating tech-based economic challenges and opportunities within electric vehicle and advanced manufacturing supply chains. Colin's extensive background also includes service as a Foreign Service Officer at the U.S. Department of State and several positions as an attorney at prominent law firms including Pedersen & Houpt, Grippo & Elden LLC, and Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Colin holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government/Spanish from the University of Michigan.
