Fatma Odkem

Fatma Odkem has been serving as a Contract Manager in the Luxury division at Bolloré since April 2023, while also holding a position in Customer Import at Bolloré Logistics since January 2014. In these roles, Fatma manages key accounts across luxury, textile, and medical sectors, providing tailored services and consulting to identify client needs and seek appropriate solutions. Responsibilities include overseeing import processes, managing documentation and compliance, and handling disputes with customs and service providers. Prior experience includes working as an export transit agent at SAGA FRANCE from September 2012 to December 2013. Fatma holds degrees in Logistics and International Trade from ISTELI and BTS Commerce International from Lycée Jean Zay, respectively.
