Abigail Arellano, SPHR, SHRM-SCP is currently the Director of People Business Partner and Compliance at Bolt Threads since July 2022. Prior to that, Abigail held the position of Sr. Director of Human Resources at Operam, Inc., a leading media and marketing agency, and Panoramic, an enterprise SaaS company. Abigail also served as a Sr. Manager of Human Resources at Regent, L.P., a global private equity firm. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from St. Paul College, Abigail has over two decades of experience in various HR roles, showcasing their expertise in the field.
