Aire Vaigu

Aire Vaigu is a seasoned professional in People Operations with extensive experience in global and regional roles. Currently serving as the Global People Operations Manager (Interim) at Bolt since February 2024, Aire leads a team across 40+ countries, focusing on operational excellence and strategic support for business growth and employee experience. Prior to this, Aire held the position of Group People Operations Lead at Nortal, managing global HR processes and serving as the main contact for HR-related inquiries. Earlier roles include Employee Relations Specialist at Nortal and various positions in research coordination and sales at Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences and Tele2 Eesti. Aire holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management, cum laude, and a Bachelor of Applied Science in the same field, also cum laude, from Estonian Entrepreneurship University of Applied Sciences.
