Ashok Kumar Sivalingam is a highly experienced design professional with expertise in product and digital design. Currently serving as a Staff/Lead Product Designer at Bolt since April 2022, Ashok focuses on enhancing rider experiences across Europe, Africa, and Asia while fostering collaboration among product, engineering, and design teams. Previously, Ashok held the position of Lead Product Designer at Kiwi.com, leading the Ancillaries team to optimize services for improved customer relevance and business revenue. Ashok's career includes significant roles such as Product Design Manager at airasia rewards, where a revamped loyalty program was launched, and Creative Group Head at Grey Group, overseeing the digital launch of webe. Earlier experience at IF Isobar, Naga DDB Tribal, and XM Malaysia also highlights Ashok's extensive background in digital branding and interactive design. Ashok holds a Diploma of Education in Multimedia Design from The One Academy.
