Mateja Sela

Mateja Sela is an experienced engineering manager currently serving at Bolt, focusing on technical solutions for the Bolt driver app within a cross-functional team. Previously, Mateja held the position of Head of Software Engineering at Scoro, leading a team responsible for strategic integrations and managing a significant roadmap. As co-founder and CEO of Artano, Mateja achieved impressive transaction and user growth in the startup's first year. Additionally, experience includes advisory roles with the Metaverse Fashion Council and software consulting at ThoughtWorks, where full stack development skills were leveraged to create applications for a major insurance company in Europe.
