Sergey Basalyga

Sergey Basalyga is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate finance and M&A. Currently serving as a Senior Manager in Corporate Finance at Bolt since June 2021, Sergey has focused on mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, venture investments, and new business incubation. Prior to this role, Sergey worked as a Corporate Development Manager at Bolt, concentrating on embedded finance, asset finance, ridehailing partnerships, and further M&A activities. Sergey also gained valuable experience as an M&A/Strategy Associate at UNITER Investment Company from February 2016 to May 2021, and as an Equity Research Contributor at Seeking Alpha from January 2016 to January 2017. Sergey holds a Master's degree in International Economic Policy and a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from Belarusian State Economic University, completed in 2018 and 2016, respectively.
