Tara Muruthi

Tara Muruthi is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as a Global Senior Technical Recruiter at Bolt since June 2021, Tara has progressed through various roles in the company, including Global Recruiter and Global Senior Recruiter. Prior to Bolt, Tara worked at Kantar from January 2018 to May 2021 as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in Singapore, where responsibilities included managing recruitment for entry to mid-level positions, conducting interviews, and leading recruitment projects. Tara began career development with an internship at Weber Shandwick, where media monitoring and press reporting were primary tasks. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and International Studies from the University at Buffalo and a Foundation Program from The University of Western Australia.
