Benigno Mojica

Benigno Mojica possesses extensive experience in the food and beverage industry, currently serving as an R&D Senior Technologist at Bolthouse Farms since October 2017, after progressing through roles such as R&D Technologist and QA Chemistry Laboratory Technician. Prior to this, Benigno held the position of Production Laboratory Intern at Constellation Brands for a brief period in 2017. Academic accomplishments include serving as the Lead Student Researcher on a project investigating the anticancer activity of coffee extracts at California State University, Bakersfield, where Benigno earned a degree in Chemistry with a focus on Food Science. Additional experience includes mentoring high school students as a REVS-UP Student Mentor and providing customer service as a Barista at Starbucks from 2012 to 2015.
