Ananya Srivastava

Ananya Srivastava, Assoc CIPD, currently serves as a Recruitment Advisor and previously as a Recruitment Administrator at Bombardier since September 2022. Prior experience includes a role as a Specialist Recruitment Intern at Chace People, a recruitment agency for high-profile clients, from March 2022 to July 2022, and as a Human Resources Intern at Cvent from May 2021 to August 2021. Ananya also held leadership positions at AIESEC, including Head of Social Sector and Director of Operations, from May 2019 to January 2021. Educational qualifications include a Level 7 Diploma in Strategic People Management from CIPD and an MSc in Human Resource Management & Organisational Analysis from King's College London, alongside a B.A. Hons. in Liberal Arts with a specialization in Psychology from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. Ananya completed secondary education with a High School Diploma at Lotus Valley International School.
