Gilles Pepin is a seasoned professional in the aviation industry with extensive experience at Bombardier since November 1998. Currently serving as a Leader in quality assurance and quality control, Gilles also holds multiple supervisory roles within Bombardier Aérostructure & Service d'ingénierie. Responsibilities include overseeing composite methods, quality tooling, and production support in various engineering capacities. With a solid background in managing change processes for composite technologies and implementing production controls, Gilles has played a key role in validating initial production pieces. Gilles holds a college certification in employee management from College Bois de Boulogne, earned between 2002 and 2004.
