Michael Kavoliunas

Michael Kavoliunas has over 30 years of engineering experience, currently serving as a Principal Engineering Specialist in Reliability, Maintainability & Safety at Bombardier since April 1997. In this role, Michael conducts safety assessments for the Challenger and Global aircraft, ensures compliance with Bombardier engineering standards, and offers guidance on system safety evaluations. Previous roles at Bombardier included responsibilities for fuel system safety assessments and standardizing risk management processes. Prior to Bombardier, Michael worked as a Senior Product Design Engineer at Litens Automotive Partnership, where design and development of automotive components were key tasks. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Engineering Design from Concordia University and various safety-related certifications from the Southern California Safety Institute.
