Natalie Patterson

Natalie Patterson is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the IT Operations Manager for Site Excellence and previously as the Service Delivery Manager at BOMBARDIER since May 2021. Prior to this role, Natalie worked at Groupe Uni-TI Conseil inc. from June 2018 to March 2021, focusing on ITSM analysis across various projects, including Telus eBonding and Change Management for CAE. Natalie has also held the position of Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at IBM for a brief tenure in 2017. Previous to these roles, Natalie's extensive experience at BOMBARDIER spanned over a decade, where multiple titles included IT Asset Manager, IT Program Manager, and IT Project Delivery Manager. Earlier in Natalie's career, experience as an SAP Security Analyst was gained at CN from 1999 to 2006.
