Erik Turner

Erik Turner has extensive work experience in the retail sales and home improvement industry. Erik currently holds the position of Director of Retail Sales - Home Improvement at Bona since January 2023. Prior to this role, they worked as the Business Unit Sales Manager for Home Improvement - North America at Bona from 2019 to 2023. From 2015 to 2019, they served as the Strategic Channel Manager (DIY & Hardware Channels) at Bona. Before joining Bona, Erik was the National Account Manager- DIY & Hardware Channel at Sherwin-Williams Paints from 2009 to 2015. Erik also worked at Sherwin-Williams Paints as the Diversified Brands Western Sales Manager- Minwax & Thompson's WaterSeal from 2007 to 2009 and as a National Inside Sales Representative from 2005 to 2007.

Erik Turner completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Executive Leadership from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business, starting in 2014 and finishing in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from Miami University, which they pursued from 1993 to 1997.
