Cindy Coons is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Program Manager at The Bonadio Group since July 2023. With a diverse background that includes owning and consulting for Axis HR, Cindy has successfully implemented HR strategies that enhance employee experiences and organizational efficiency. Previous roles include Organizational Development HR Business Partner at CooperVision and various HR positions at Kirtas Technologies and Trek. Cindy holds an MBA in Human Resources/Marketing from the University at Buffalo and a BA in Anthropology from SUNY Geneseo, complemented by a background in massage therapy and holistic wellness.
