Jess Ledonne

Jess LeDonne serves as the Director of Policy and Legislative Affairs at The Bonadio Group, where expertise in legislative, political, and policy matters enables effective communication of actionable insights to clients. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Tax Manager at First Advantage, focusing on securing extended federal tax legislation and managing incentive projects for large enterprises, along with compliance assurance. Jess also has experience as a Client Services Manager and Manager of Affordable Care Act Compliance, where implementation of compliant coverage for multiemployer health funds was achieved. Additional roles include a Legal Fellow at the Public Health Law Research Program and an Investor Education Specialist at Investor's Business Daily. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Notre Dame and a Juris Doctor from Chapman University Fowler School of Law.
