Derek Carson

Derek Carson is a distinguished academic in the field of Applied Cognitive Psychology, currently serving as a Professor and Executive Dean at Bond University since April 2018. Prior to this role, Derek held the position of Professor and Dean at the University of the West of Scotland from June 2015 to April 2018. Derek's extensive experience also includes various roles at Abertay University, where responsibilities spanned from Professor and Head of Division of Psychology to Reader and Lecturer in Psychology from 1997 to 2015. Earlier academic positions include a Teaching Fellow at the University of Stirling and a Research Assistant at the University of Nottingham.
