Tylee Holden

Tylee (Potter) Holden is an experienced professional in strategic growth and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Head of Strategic Growth at Atomic Machines since November 2019, focusing on innovative manufacturing technologies. Tylee is also a member of THE WHAT ALLIANCE as of January 2023 and has held various advisory and board positions, including Growth Advisor at BOND and Board of Directors at Climb Hire, an organization dedicated to preparing overlooked talent for tech jobs. Previous roles include Talent Partner at Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, where connections were made between executives and portfolio companies, and leading executive search at Uber, where Tylee scaled the company’s recruiting efforts significantly. Tylee’s career started with early roles in operations and talent sourcing at Aftershock and Sharethrough, respectively.
