Enrico Andrini has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Enrico began their career as a Software Developer at G.D S.p.A. in 1992 before transitioning to the Marina Militare Italiana, where they served as a Guardia Marina (Ufficiale) in the Italian Navy. Following their military service, Enrico took on the role of Product Manager at Cisa in 1994. In 1995, they joined Andersen Consulting as a Senior Consultant, and later became a Senior in the company. Enrico then became Chief Information Officer at Technogym Spa in 1998 and held this position until 2007. Enrico also served as an International Process Reengineering specialist during this time. Enrico then moved to Limoni Spa in 2008, where they held roles such as Chief Information Officer and later Director of Operations & CIO. Currently, Enrico is working at Bonfiglioli as the IT Director, and since 2018, they have served as the Chief Digital Officer as well.
