Leila Beneduzzi began their career as an Accountant at Nera Telecommunications Ltd in 2000. Leila then became an Accounting Manager at PSA Peugeot Citroen in 2003, before moving to Air Products as an Accounting Manager in 2006. In 2010, they joined Shire HGT as a Controller for a few months before transitioning to the role of CFO at Bonfiglioli later that year.
Leila Beneduzzi graduated from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2009, where they studied Management Fundamentals. Prior to that, they obtained an MBA in Finance, Controlling & Audit from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas between 2006 and 2008. In 1996, Leila completed their undergraduate studies in Ciencias Contabeis at Faculdade de Ciencias Economicas Fundacao Santo Andre.
