Axel Voisard currently serves as Counsel at Bonn Steichen & Partners, specializing in Private Equity and Corporate M&A since September 2018. Prior to this role, Axel held positions as a Senior Associate, Associate, and Junior Associate at the same firm, focusing on Private Equity and Corporate matters. Axel began a legal career with a Trainee position at Arendt & Medernach in early 2018 and completed another Trainee role at Bonn Steichen & Partners earlier in 2018. Axel gained practical experience in commercial banking during an internship at ABN AMRO Bank in 2016. Axel holds an LLM in Corporate Finance Law from the University of Westminster and a Juriste d'affaires Européen degree from Universite de Lorraine, along with additional legal degrees from Universite de Lorraine and Université Karlova v Praze. Academic background includes a Baccalauréat Scientifique from Lycée Beau Jardin in Saint Dié.
