Parker Mullins serves as the Senior Director for the Clean Energy (CE) program at the Bonneville Environmental Foundation, focusing on innovative education and workforce programming to enhance clean energy and climate-smart talent ecosystems. With a robust background in program management, Parker has held various roles within BEF, including Program Director and Senior Program Manager, where responsibilities included leading program operations, developing teacher training, and building national educator networks. Prior experience includes counseling in a dual diagnosis treatment facility and advocating for land use policies, alongside teaching AP Environmental Science. Parker holds a Graduate Certificate in Energy Policy and Management from Portland State University, a Master’s Degree in Urban Education Policy and Administration from Loyola Marymount University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Studies and Sociology from the University of Oregon.
